Deb is a Principal and the Chief Operating Officer (COO)/Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Brown Plus. She has over 39 years of experience in the accounting profession, which includes 13 years as a member of the audit professional staff at Brown Plus.
Deb supervises the Firm’s administrative, internal accounting, marketing, human resources and information technology teams. She is a key member of the Brown Plus executive management team and spearheads many of the Firm’s special projects.
Deb participates in several internal committees and initiatives at Brown Plus, including serving on the Cultural Leadership Team, the Strategic Plan Committee, the IT Strategic Committee, the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Committee, the Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Committee, the Fun Committee and as a United Way Workplace Giving Campaign Coordinator.
Deb received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Shippensburg University.
