Jim is a Principal Emeritus at Brown Plus with over 38 years of public accounting experience. Jim specializes in the audits of local governments and nonprofit entities. As an accountant in this niche specialty, Jim has provided a broad range of services to these clients in South Central Pennsylvania. Jim has earned the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Certificate of Educational Achievement in governmental accounting and auditing.
Jim has experience providing tax and advisory services for clients in a variety of industries. He is responsible for tax planning and tax preparation for individual tax clients. He works closely with the Firm’s small business practice to meet the needs and expectations of his small business clients including accounting services, tax planning and tax preparation.
He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Clarion University.
